WondeeTrailerParts Terms and Conditions

TERMS:

All orders are subject to credit approval by our credit department within 14 days from date of shipment, unless specified otherwise in writing by WondeeTrailerParts. All accounts with an overdue outstanding balance shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month at the end of the month plus any additional fees incurred in the collection process, including legal fees.

BUYER’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

WondeeTrailerParts’s acceptance of customer orders, whether verbal or written, does not include an acknowledgment or acceptance on behalf of WondeeTrailerParts of any terms or conditions of the customer’s purchase order, whether stated expressly or implied.

PRICES:

All orders will be at the prices in effect at order acceptance, including any possible raw material surcharges that may be implemented. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES:

Due to immediate production of manufactured products, orders containing these items are considered irrevocable and are not subject to cancellation or change without approval. Any approved cancellations or changes are subject to additional charges at WondeeTrailerParts’s discretion.

FREIGHT:

If shipments are FOB WondeeTrailerParts with "Freight Collect", in case of shortage or damage, buyer should promptly file a claim with the delivering carrier. WondeeTrailerParts is not liable for damage or loss of merchandise after it has left our facilities. We will however assist you in filing a claim.

If shipments are C&F the buyer’s facilities, in case of shortage or damage, buyer should file a claim with WondeeTrailerParts in 2 days.

RETURNS:

Return requests must be made within 30 days of shipment. Return authorization is required before the items are returned for any reason. We will consider issuing a return authorization for the following reasons: manufacturing defect, order processing error, shipping error, mismarked cartons, or duplicated shipments. Returns for any other reason, and due to no fault of WondeeTrailerParts, are subject to a 15% restocking charge and when authorized, must be returned freight prepaid. Return merchandise will be subject to inspection. Any discrepancies, additional damage, signs of use, or missing parts will result in an adjustment to the amount of credit issued.

LIMITED WARRANTY:

The products listed in this catalog are warranted by the manufacturers to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. This warranty covers normal use and application and does not cover damage or defect that results from alteration, accident, neglect, improper installation, operation or maintenance.

WondeeTrailerParts’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part, and in no event shall WondeeTrailerParts be liable for reimbursement of consequential, indirect or incidental damages of any kind.

FORCE MAJEURE:

No Party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Force Majeure (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of power sources.
